This Privacy Policy explains how this app ("Skyline Menu Card", "we", "us")
collects, uses, and protects information when you use it to view a kitchen's
daily menu, place an order via WhatsApp, or subscribe to a plan.
Information we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address/landmark, and
order notes you type into the order form. This is sent directly to the
kitchen's WhatsApp number when you tap "Order via WhatsApp"; we do not
store it on a server.
- Account details (Subscribe tab) — your email address
and name, if you sign in with Google or email OTP to manage a
subscription.
- Payment — payments are processed by PayU, a
third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card,
UPI, or bank details ourselves.
- Device storage — the app uses your browser's local
storage to remember your cart, sign-in session, and menu preferences
on your device, so the app works offline as a Progressive Web App.
How we use information
- To send your order to the kitchen via WhatsApp, at your request.
- To activate and manage subscription plans.
- To improve the app and respond to support requests.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Order details are shared only
with the specific kitchen you're ordering from (via WhatsApp) and, where
applicable, with PayU to process payment.
Your choices
You can sign out of your account at any time from the Subscribe tab,
which clears your session from this device. You can also clear the app's
local storage from your browser or device settings at any time.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children.
