What this app does

This app displays a kitchen's daily menu and lets you build an order, which is sent to the kitchen directly via WhatsApp for confirmation. We are a technology provider connecting you with the kitchen — we are not the kitchen itself, and we do not prepare or deliver food.

Orders and payment for food

• Placing an order via the WhatsApp button sends a message to the kitchen's WhatsApp number; the kitchen confirms availability, pricing, and delivery directly with you.
• Menu items, prices, delivery charges, and order deadlines are set by the kitchen and may change without notice.
• Payment for food orders is arranged directly between you and the kitchen, outside of this app, unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions

• Subscription plans (Daily Pass / Monthly Plan) grant a kitchen admin access to menu-editing and publishing features for the stated period.
• Subscription payments are processed via PayU, a third-party payment gateway, and are subject to PayU's own terms.
• Subscriptions are activated manually after payment confirmation and may take up to 24 hours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including submitting false orders, attempting to access another kitchen's admin panel without authorization, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

This app is provided "as is." We are not responsible for food quality, delivery timing, or disputes between you and the kitchen. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
